Hi,
I am Ran Shao, a multidisciplinary archi-designer working with different projects and design phases.
I am currently engaged with the Norwegian architect company Niels Torp+ as an Interior Architect. I have worked with a string of different projects by following my working method, listening to my natural intuition and allowing things to happen organically. My multidisciplinary working experiences and strong visual training background are solid and versatile tools to overcome challenges, enabling me to see situations from a variety of perspectives.
I live in Oslo and Beijing, the two cities where I got my education- Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing (CAFA) and a Master at Kunsthøgskolen i Oslo (KHIO) in interior and furniture design. My cross-cultural experiences give me an expanded perspective and understanding for different cultures.

Permaculture is a new input to my work, I am inspired by the way permaculture follows nature as a guideline. I have started to write about my practice in my Blog. If you are interested too, and have other green ideas you want to share, I would love to hear from you.
